The apartment is two minutes walk from a supermarket and the high street, pubs, clubs, restaurants, shops and other amenities.
The beach is also only a few minutes walk away.
Mablethorpe boasts an award winning beach.
There are plenty of activities including an amusement park, Seal Sanctuary, Bird garden, Nature walks etc.
Donna Nook is a short drive away where in late Autumn (late October onwards) you could witness baby seals being born.
