Ash and Oak: Two Single Story Cottages.
These have two en-suite bedrooms, one kingsize with an ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with en-suite wet room with power shower. The open plan living area, has been finished to a luxurious standard. The solid oak kitchen is superb and has all the home comforts and integrated appliances. Smoke-free.

Chestnut and Walnut: Two Three Bedroom Cottages
These have three bedrooms, two kingsize bedrooms with twin beds. These rooms share a very large fully fitted bathroom. A kingsize bedroom with en-suite wet room with power shower is on the ground floor. The open plan living area, has been finished to a luxurious standard. The solid oak kitchen is superb and has all the home comforts and integrated appliances. Smoke-free.

Also in between the cottages is a brand new laundry room, housing industrial size washers and dryers, for use by all guests.

Lake View Cottages 1 & 2:
These cottages overlook the grassed area and one of the fishing lakes. Both have two bedrooms, each with en-siite facilities - one with bath and one with shower.

Fishing Lakes

The excellent fishing is free on both lakes, which are exclusive for residents only.

The lake brimming with superb quality fish. Mirrors and Commons carp up to 15lb. Tench and Silver Fish also reaching excellent weights.

For those not fishing, we have 8 quiet acres of gardens and countryside to relax in, a country lane to the rear of the property for a quiet stroll or walk with the dog.

Children will enjoy feeding the fish in our ornamental pond. We have many animals on our working farm, so children of all ages can also enjoy collecting the free range eggs, and feeding the rabbits and guinea pigs to mention a few.

The lake is approximately 50m from the accommodation. The adjoining farmlands show an un-ending seasonal change of views.
