The Lifeboat station is open for public veiwing most weekends
and there are exercises most Sunday mornings around 9.30am.

Paul and Wendy Croft do lots of fund raising for Mablethorpe Lifeboat Station.

Just before Christmas they had a raffle at the Louth Hotel in Mablethorpe and raised £920 which is a great effort.

Rod and Hazel Howells have now retired as being in charge of the shop after 23 yrs.

Hazel has been awarded a gold badge for services to the RNLI.

We do believe that this is the only one to be awarded to any body in Mablethorpe.

The Naming Ceremony of the new Lifeboat ‘WILLIAM HADLEY’

The new D Class Lifeboat ‘William Hadley’
was named by William Hadley who raised the money for the lifeboat by various events such as sponsored walks, and cycle rides including a nine day ride from Lands End to John O’ Groats .

The Mablethorpe Lifeboat Support Group are still looking for Volunteers to help out in the Shop which is now open again after the winter break and has a new stock souvenirs.

Education Presenter for Mablethorpe RNLI.

Karen gives free talks, stories games and advice about sea safety and the RNLI to groups from 5 year olds upwards, schools, clubs etc.
She also gives free talks and shows people around the station and boats at Mablethorpe.
