Queens Park

Queens Park Lots of outdoor activities

Hidden away behind the prom, Queens Park has a variety of activities to keep the family entertained. You can take to the water on the boating lake or stick to dry land and take a ride on the miniature railway. Play a round of crazy golf, try flat green bowls, tackle the 18 hole putting green or have a game of tennis on the tarmac court. The kids will love the play area and the excellent, and free, paddling pool with it’s various fountains.

Queens Park Amenities

When you need a break from all the fun you can enjoy a meal in Linda’s Pavilion found in-front of the Paddling Pool. At the Southern End you’ll also find Seawaves Fish and Chips (take away and eat in) and The Wild Goose Pub. At the Northern end of the park you can walk up to the prom where you’ll find the Bucket and Spade Cafe and from there it’s just a short walk to the busy town area.

There are two car parks, the southern one accessed via Queens Park Close and the Northern one accessed via the Boulevard. You’ll be relieved, in every sense, to know there are toilets on the park and more just up the prom in either direction by the Life Boat Station to the north and cafe to the south.

Queens Park is hidden away so be sure to seek it out when you visit Mablethorpe. Queens park is also home to The Mablethorpe Model Boat Group.
