The Objectives of the Mablethorpe Tourism Forum are to:

• To promote and improve features in Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe, Sutton on Sea and Sandilands that will attract visitors in the future and thereby improve the prospects of tourism trade.
• To obtain a consensus of opinion from a broad representation of local interests of direct to future changes related to tourism and wider issues affecting Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe, Sutton on Sea and Sandilands.
• To undertake periodic surveys of businesses, residents and visitors so that the collating and updating of information will show general perceptions of Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe, Sutton on Sea and Sandilands improvement.
• To regularly consult business and resident representatives on the Forum to obtain suggestions for the improvement of the town and to ensure that improvements already in progress are working to the satisfaction of the Forum.
• To lobby to increase the of amount of funding related to tourism related projects.
