Members considered the attached statement of income and expenditure as at 31st January 2007.

It was noted that estimated contributions towards the town’s CCTV maintenance were £1100 down. The Clerk explained this was mainly due to the establishment of the central control in Skegness.

The Clerk referred to item 70, provision for town guide. Members supported funding from advertising earmarked reserves as well as the current advertising provision.

After further discussion it was proposed, seconded and
Resolved: That the statement of income and expenditure as at 31st January 2007 be noted and approved.

The Clerk referred to the attached report concerning the proposed introduction of a complaints register.
