Note: The Mayor, Cllr A Howard, chaired the meeting for this item.

3. APOLOGY FOR ABSENCE

An apology for absence was received and accepted from Cllr Mrs I Daw (personal).

4. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Cllr P Jackson declared a personal interest in minute 7, planning application N/110/00045/07 due to having held pre-meeting discussions about the proposed development with the owner of the site.

Cllr A Howard declared a personal interest in minute 6 due to being a member of East Lindsey District Council.

5. MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting held on 8th May 2007, having been previously circulated, were signed by the Chairman as a correct record thereof.

6. E.L.D.C. PLANNING DECISIONS

N/110/00232/07 Alterations to existing flat to provide 1 no. additional window at 14 Wellington Road, Mablethorpe.
Application approved.

N/172/00663/07 Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to include the provision of a link corridor to the existing dwelling at Beach Cottage, Ings Lane, Sutton-on-Sea. Application refused – not in compliance with Policy H11 of the East Lindsey Local Plan Alteration 1999.

8. CLERK’S CORRESPONDENCE

(i) “Green Roofs” Furlongs Road, Sutton-on-Sea - Enquiry received from East Lindsey District Council concerning ownership of the property which is currently in a poor state of repair and very untidy. One member thought the property belongs to the family of a solicitor whose practice is based in Louth.
(ii) Lincolnshire County Council - Notice received confirming that the Council had received an application for the modification of the Definitive Rights of Way Map in respect of the claimed footpath from Queensway to King George V Playing Field, Mablethorpe.

(iii) Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership - The Partnership has identified the need, based on recorded injury accidents, for improvement works to be undertaken on the C588 highway outside the access to Trusthorpe Springs Leisure Park. The works, to be carried out autumn 2007, include carriageway.
