Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 12 November 2007, having been previously circulated, be signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

65. TENDERS – TREE FELLING

Resolved:
(i) That in view of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of this item.

(ii) That the third option, that is to shred the brushwood and spread in the area to the north and remove the large stems and branches from site, submitted by tender number 3 in the sum of £3,450.00 be accepted.

(Note: this tender figure is within the budget provision for the works)
