Notice of General Meetings for MAP & the CCT

The Statutory Authorities, Businesses & Community Groups in the Lincolnshire coastal area of Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe & Sutton-on-Sea including Anderby Creek in the south & Saltfleet in the north (post codes LN12, PE24 X, PE24 YQ, LN11 7DE, LN11 7 DH, LN11 7DN, & LN11 7SE) are invited to send representatives to:

GENERAL MEETINGS OF THE MABLETHORPE AREA PARTNERSHIP & THE COASTAL COMMUNITY TEAM 99

for the purpose of

• adopting constitutions for the two bodies
• receiving their annual accounts
• electing their officers for the coming 12 months
• determining the membership fees of the partnership

Meetings to be held in the Enterprise Hall, 15 Trusthorpe Road, Sutton-on-Sea at 2pm on Monday 19th July.
