Blue Boat Cottage is a two-bedroom bungalow sleeping 4 (5 with an additional camp bed or travel cot). The entire property was renovated in 2022 to a high standard, creating a modern and beautifully presented holiday home with a light and airy seaside feel.

Facilities

The bungalow features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with; induction hob and electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and breakfast bar with 4 stools. A separate utility cupboard houses a washing machine. A high chair is available on request.

The living area has comfy seating for 5, a large Smart TV, a nest of tables and plenty of storage.

Both bedrooms have a wall mounted Smart TV and bedside cabinets. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and the second is a twin single. A camp bed or cot can be used to accommodate a fifth guest. Additional storage can be found in the dressing area with a clothes rail and chest of drawers.

The shower room has a walk in shower, wash basin and w/c. Outside, the private back garden has a selection of outdoor furniture and the driveway provides space for two vehicles.

Bedding and towels are provided, all utilities are included, but please note the charging of electric vehicles is by arrangement only and will require an additional charge.

Location

The cottage is a short walk from the beach and Sutton on Sea town centre with pubs, cafés, restaurants, takeaways and the Co-Op and Spar supermarkets. The seaside resort of Mablethorpe is just a 5-minute drive away, and Skegness about 30.
