The Cottages (next door to one another) can be booked altogether to sleep up to 12 people. Perfect for larger groups and family get-togethers. The Location
The cottages are located in the Sandilands region of Sutton on Sea, an unspoiled seaside village on the Lincolnshire coast between the popular holiday resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness. Award-winning safe, sandy beaches are nearby and within walking distance. Sutton on Sea village centre is a short drive, bus ride or walk away with shops, including two small supermarkets alongside cafés, bars and restaurants.
We are adjacent to the bus stop on the main bus route between Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Skegness.

Driving Directions
The cottages are next door to each other on the corner where Crab Tree Lane meets Huttoft Road (the A52) at the southern edge of Sutton on Sea. Crab Tree Cottage's drive is accessed via Crab Tree Lane. Drift Wood and Sea Shells have a shared drive accessed from Huttoft Road.
