Field & Coast Butcher and Deli is family owned and run with much of the produce coming from their own farm, or other farms nearby.

The meat counter boasts a wide range of joints and cuts of Lincoln Red beef, Lincolnshire pork, Lincoln Longwool lamb, hogget and mutton, and English chicken alongside less common items such as venison, haggis and Black Pudding. Cold cuts include ham, stuffed chine, haslet, roast turkey, roast beef, roast pork and a range of pates. Barbecue packs available in the summer months.

Freshly baked items include pork pies, sausage rolls, meat pies and quiches. There is a good selection of cheese, including Lincolnshire Poacher and free-range eggs come from Scamans.

A freezer cabinet offers seafood from Grimsby including fishcakes, bakes, fish pie, whitebait, mussels, calamari, goujons and salmon wellington. There are even some quality, frozen ready meals.
