With a bathroom on every floor and two living rooms, it’s the perfect self catering accommodation for large groups and family get-togethers. Not only is it a short walk from Mablethorpe town centre, but the back garden has private access to Queen’s Park leading to the prom and sandy beach.
The property is available to let on a weekly basis during the high season for £1,500 a week (2024 price). Visit our website for availability and online booking. Please note we do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties.

Electricity, gas and Wi-Fi are all included. All beds are made up and all kitchen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Outside
There is an enclosed garden behind the house with a gate giving direct access to Queen’s Park, prom and beach. In front of the house, there is off-road parking for up to two cars – additional parking can be found on Victoria road itself or adjacent residential roads. We do not have the facilities to charge EV’s, but four charge points are available on Queen’s Park Car Park just around the corner.
