We offer a Full English Breakfast. Alternative options are available on request – please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.

About Sandilands
Sandilands is a residential neighbourhood of Sutton on Sea. It’s sole business, The Fat Seagull Licensed Cafe and Bistro is a few minutes walk away. A quite and unspoilt stretch of the sandy beach is just 4 minutes walk from the B&B. Sutton on Sea village centre can be walked to either down the prom or streets, or is just a two minute drive away.
