mablethorpe.infoWelcome to The Tides, a luxurious, modern three bedroom holiday cottage situated in a quiet residential area of Sandilands in Sutton on Sea. The beach and prom are just a short walk away, and a stroll along the prom takes you to Sutton High Street or even on to Mablethorpe if you enjoy a longer walk or cycle ride.
With three bedrooms (two double rooms and one with bunk beds), the cottage is perfect for larger families or groups. Up to two small dogs are also welcome (extra charges apply). The quiet stretch of sandy beach close to the cottage is dog friendly.
The Tides features an amazing open-plan living area, kitchen and conservatory that flows through to the large decked area in the garden.
The cottage is available all year round, including for longer term winter lets. Underfloor heating ensures the property always feels cosy. There is a minimum stay of 7 nights during the peak season, shorter stays may be possible during quieter periods.

Bedrooms
King Tide features a double bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe.
Ebb Tide has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with toilet, hand basin, walk in shower and heated towel rail.
Spring Tide is a compact room with bunk beds and a clothes rail.
Kitchen & Utility Room
The modern kitchen features a ceramic hob and built in double oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. An air fryer, toaster and radio are also present and the sink tap can deliver boiling water replacing the need for a kettle. The utility room, accessed from the kitchen, is home to a washing machine and freezer.
Living Area & Conservatory
The open-plan living area has a large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick, comfy seating and a nest of tables. The adjoined conservatory has more comfy seating and a dining table.
Bathroom
The bright and modern bathroom has a w/c and hand basin, walk in shower, bath and heated towel rail.
Outside
The fully enclosed rear garden has a generous decking area table with six chairs and a parasol. A summer house offers a bit of shade or shelter on less clement days. The driveway with car port has room for two cars and on street parking also available.
